At Junior VIPs Nursery, we pride ourselves on having a friendly, capable and compassionate team committed to working together to provide a safe, warm and stimulating environment for our Junior VIPs.
We have adopted a rigorous recruitment process to find the best people to look after the children in our care. All staff will have passed an enhanced DBS checks as we take the safeguarding of children in our care very seriously. We also ensure that all our staff are recruited based on their qualifications, experience and credentials and their references from past employers are checked and followed up where required.
All staff undergo an induction period and will regularly attend courses provided both internally and externally in subjects such as Safeguarding and Child Protection, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Behaviour Management and Risk Assessment. The qualifications our practitioners earn are renewed on an on-going basis.
Our staff team comprises of the Director, the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Nursery Manager, Room Leaders, Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Assistants, and our in-house chef who ensures that our Junior VIPs receive a healthy, nutritious and balanced diet. All of our staff are passionate about childcare.
